The renovations, completed in 2016 included demolishing the existing two-story building and marble arches then installing new columns and pavers in a fresh new design. Gulfstream Painting & Contracting, inc. worked closely with the landscaping company to ensure a beautiful final product. The Enclave was awarded the Best Overall Highrise honors in 2016 presented by the Gulf Shore Association of Condominiums.
